Valley Falls is a village in the town of Cumberland, Rhode Island, United States. The village is located in the northwestern part of the town, on the border with the town of Lincoln. Valley Falls was originally part of the town of Cumberland, but was set off as a separate village in 1854. The village has a population of about 1,200. Valley Falls is home to a number of historic buildings, including the Valley Falls Library, which was built in 1878, and the Valley Falls Methodist Church, which was built in 1869.
