Twin Rivers is a borough in Mercer County, New Jersey, United States. The borough was formed by the merger of the Borough of East Windsor Township and the Township of Hightstown on January 1, 2014. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough’s population was 10,490, reflecting an increase of 2,537 (+31.4%) from the 8,253 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 1,302 (+18.7%) from the 6,951 counted in the 1990 Census.
