As of the 2010 United States Census, the township’s population was 9,536, reflecting an increase of 1,192 (+14.3%) from the 8,344 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 2,666 (+47.2%) from the 5,678 counted in the 1990 Census.
