Ōma‘o is a census-designated place (CDP) in Kauaʻi County, Hawaiʻi, United States. The population was 1,259 at the 2010 census.

Ōma‘o is located on the south side of Kauaʻi at 21°51′15″N 159°23′32″W, at an elevation of 505 feet (154 m). The CDP extends from Koloa to the east to Kalaheo to the west. Hawaii Route 50 passes through the community, leading east 8 miles (13 km) to Līhuʻe and west 14 miles (23 km) to Kailua.
