Cross County is a county located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. As of the 2010 census, the population was 10,275. The county has two cities, Wynne and Cherry Valley. Cross County is Arkansas’s 67th county, formed on February 28, 1862, from parts of St. Francis, Crittenden, Poinsett, and White counties. It was named for Colonel David C.
