Noble County is located in central Oklahoma. As of the 2010 census, the population was 11,561. The county seat is Perry. The county was created in 1907 and named for John Willock Noble, the Secretary of the Interior under President Theodore Roosevelt. The county contains the cities of Perry and Billings. The county is home to the Perry Lake Wildlife Management Area.
